We know that shopping online for children’s clothing isn’t easy. We want you to feel secure buying from us, so if you receive your garment and you are not satisfied, please contact us! Please contact us directly for shipping information on returns. We do not take returns on clothing that has been worn or washed. Please follow the washing instructions carefully.
Personalized items are not refundable, due to the highly customized nature of the product. We will only accept returns on personalized clothing if we made an error in the customization of your product. We are not responsible for any typographical errors made at the time of purchase.
Returns Regarding Shipping Damages
Insurance can be purchased at an additional charge. If you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
Issues With Your Order?
If you have any issues with your order, please make us aware of these concerns within seven days of delivery, via email email@example.com.
8.375% sales tax will be added to orders for all Oklahoma residents.
Most items ship next day. We offer $2.99 Flat Rate shipping via USPS First Class.
USPS First Class delivery is 2-5 business days (estimated). We do not guarantee date of arrival and shipping does not include insurance. Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends.
Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge. Additional charges apply to international shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping (returning the product back to us, as well as shipping charges for the new item) unless an error was made on our part.
For international orders, we charge a $20 handling fee to cover extra shipping costs. Additional shipping charges may be applied to specific countries.
